Fact Finding in Civil Proceedings Part II

On 21 June 2024, the Spring Meeting of the Dutch Procedural Law Association (NVvP) took place, with the topic 'Fact Finding in Civil Proceedings'. The speakers were:

- Prof. mr. dr. G. de Groot (president Hoge Raad der Nederlanden and endowed professor at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam);
- Prof. dr. W. Vandenbussche (professor of Civil Procedure at the University of Ghent);
- Mr. I.M.A. Lintel (trainee judge at the District Court of Midden-Nederland);
- Prof. dr. F. Rouviére (professor of Civil Law and Criminal Sciences at the Université d'Aix-Marseille);
- Prof. mr. Y.E. Schuurmans (professor of Constitutional and Administrative Law at Leiden University).
This volume in the series of NVvP publications contains the contributions of the speakers during the Spring Meeting.
Mr. R.F.A. van Gestel (judicial assistant at the District Court Gelderland), mr. M.I. Hazelhorst (judicial assistant at the Supreme Court of the Netherlands) and mr. J. van Mourik (PhD Candidate cival law at the Radboud University in Nijmegen) wrote a report on the Spring Meeting.
